Your wisdom comes from observation more than from rolling experimentation — the 6/2 watches what works and what doesn't from a slight remove, then comes down off the roof later with a quiet authority that doesn't have to push. People listen because you're not selling anything.
6rd Line: The Role Model
The 6th line is the Role Model — sitting on the roof. The 6th line lives a famous three-phase life: from birth to ~30 they live a chaotic 3rd-line process of trial and error; around 30 the first Saturn Return takes them up on the roof for ~20 years of withdrawal, observation and inner work; around the Kiron Return (~50) they come down off the roof as the optimistic, embodied Role Model. The wisdom is genuinely earned — and 6th lines are most vulnerable to making the wrong calls if they don't know their own Authority.
2nd Line: The Hermit
The 2nd line is the Hermit — a natural standing alone in front of the first-floor window with the lights on, doing their own thing, not realizing the people outside on the street are watching. Hermits have gifts they cannot explain or even fully see in themselves. Other people call them out — and the call is correct only when their Strategy and Authority say yes. The 2nd line motto from Ra: "Just sit by the river; sooner or later something will come by."
